Technology Demonstrator

The EC135 can trace its history back to before the formation of Eurocopter. It was started as the BO 108 by MBB of Germany in the mid-eighties. A technology demonstrator (‘V1′) flew for the first time on 17 October 1988, powered by two Allison 250-C20R/1 engines. Now XHeli.com is proud to present you a 2.4Ghz model type radio control helicopter of the EC-135 by Art-Tech. Roughly the same size as Esky’s Big Lama, it is one of the few true beginner’s helicopter that can be flown both indoor and outdoor. Powered by two 370 motors, the EC-135 has great power against the wind. Any beginners helicopter pilot will be amazed at how easy it is to fly this chopper. The EC-135 is included with everything that is required to fly (less the 8-AA transmitter batteries). It comes assembled right out of the box so all you need to do is charge the lipo battery and you’re set to go! Flies about 8-10 minutes each charge. Bonus includes a FREE replacement set of main rotor blades! For beginners, flying the Art-Tech EC135 out of ground effect (first few inches off the ground) is not difficult either. Unlike other micros, the Art-Tech EC135 tends to rise evenly rather than skate across the floor laterally. If you punch the throttle, it has no hesitation in climb either. Features: 4 Channel remote control set includes complete Forward/Backward, Left/Right, Up/Down control (RUDDER, AILERON, ELEVATOR, AND THROTTLE) New 2.4GHz technology, with the functions of automatic identification and precise code pairing, strong anti-jamming, and allow more than 20 aircrafts to fly at the same field at same time Largest dual rotor helicopter in the market Work best for Indoor & Outdoor Driven by 2X powerful 370 carbon brush motors SUPER STABLE X-ROTATION SYSTEM, Easy to control Coaxial counter-rotating blades cancel out the rotational torque that makes hovering a conventional helicopter so difficult. Precise controlling and hovering Dual counter rotating rotor which eliminates the need for a tail rotor Rudder is controlled using variation in speed of each level of the rotor blades Reliable high quality mixer with built-in gyro board Pre-positioned servo mounts for easy set up Scale appearance Factory Pre- assembled, zero assembly time Suitable for Indoor/Outdoor/Backyard/Park Powered by 7.4v 1000mAh Li-polymer battery. Longer flight time. The main rotor blades are using top quality plastic materials, which is not easily break Digital Proportional Motor Speed Control Separate servos from mixer, more precision movement Trimming of servos can be done both on helicopter or on transmitter The Sliding swash pl
